I’m a qualified counsellor with over 10 years’ experience. My
approach blends traditional talk therapy with somatic
(body-based) techniques, so we’re not just working with your
thoughts, but also with how stress, emotions, and old
experiences live in your body. This is often where real shifts
take root.
I work with individuals (not couples) because the most powerful
way to improve your relationships is to start with yourself. You
don’t need to convince anyone else to come along; you can begin
making meaningful change on your own. Sessions are online,
