I'm Aliva, an experienced counsellor, hypnotherapist and coach dedicated to supporting English speakers in France and I offer sessions face to face in my welcoming therapy room, online, by phone and walk & talk therapy.

Navigating life's challenges can be especially tough in a new country. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental and understanding space where you can explore your feelings, overcome obstacles, find clarity and learn coping strategies. I tailor our sessions to your unique needs and using integrative counselling means we can find the right approach for you as an individual and to suit your circumstances.

Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, habits, insomnia, weight issues, trauma or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. I am passionate about accessible therapy for everyone and I work with adults, young people, children and couples.
