About myself
I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2012 and my main focus is on our relationships with ourselves, others and the world around us. I work integratively which means I utilise essential psychotherapeutic techniques from different approaches to suit the client and our work together.

I ensure a confidential and safe environment for a person to explore their problems and feelings as well as offering practical options to work through the issues that are causing problem.

I work with all types of difficulties but have specific interest in: ante and post natal depression and anxiety, adoption and abandonment, weight related issues, age related issues. Since moving to France I have become increasingly interested by the complexities of being an expat, navigating a new country and the loneliness and stress which adapting to change can bring.
