Hi, I’m Melissa. For over 25 years, I’ve been walking alongside people who feel stuck in stress, anxiety, sleepless nights, or even the heavy fog of depression. Trusted by clients such as Google Team UK, Airbus and UN Eu.

My journey started in mental health nursing (RMN), and over the years I’ve added tools like Counselling (Level 7), Relationship Coaching, EFT (tapping), and teaching care workers in positive care approaches. I combine counselling, relationship coaching & tapping to help you release what’s weighing you down — so you can feel calmer, lighter & more in control again.
