I’m an Irish therapist working with the expat community in
Paris, as well as with English and French speaking clients online
worldwide. Many of the people I support are navigating cultural
transitions, questions of identity and belonging, relationship
challenges, or the pressures of high-performance settings.
My approach is integrative, relational, and culturally informed. I
see the relationship we develop as the heart of therapy, fostering
trust and understanding so you feel supported and genuinely heard.
Together, we explore challenges at your pace, drawing on
evidence-based methods and creative tools to help you move forward.
A quote that reflects my philosophy is “Hope is not a trait inside
people. Hope is something we ‘do’ with others.” In therapy, we
cultivate hope and explore possibilities. Sometimes all that’s
missing is a warm, grounding presence to help you connect more fully
with yourself and with what matters most to you.
I am currently accepting new clients for virtual appointments and
invite you to reach out with any questions or to arrange a
complimentary introductory call.
