I have been a business
lawyer for 16 years and I now practice therapy. I have been
trained in the “Institut de Psychothérapie Intégrative” in
Marseille and certified as a psychopractitioner in 2020.
I offer one hour
therapy sessions, face-to-face or online (Teams, Whatsapp),
for short or long-term therapies centred on the
relationship, in my office in Marseille.
If you are experiencing
difficulties in relationships, love, family, friendships,
work or other areas, depression, burn-out and, in general,
life difficulties, whether temporary or recurring, I can
provide you with empathetic, caring support (in French or
English).
My practice is based on the methods and principles of
Integrative Psychotherapy and attachment theory. Integrative
psychotherapy is a contact-oriented therapy: the person
reconnects with him or herself with what he or she feels,
thinks, does and aspires, thanks to the therapist's own
contact and interest.
The aim is to dissolve the defences that interrupt contact
in our lives, interfering with the satisfaction of our
current needs and hindering full contact with ourselves and
others.
Committed to ethical practice, I am regularly supervised and
take part in guided practice sessions so that I can always
offer the best and most appropriate support for my clients.
I do not offer a free assessment session |
