My greatest joy is
seeing people fulfil their dreams and get so happy they
don't need to see me anymore. I do this through my work
as a holistic coach and psychotherapist, and as part of
that, I facilitate healing and wellness retreats focused
on encounters with wild dolphins and whales at various
locations around the world.
In addition, I have a 'virtual office' and you can
explore your personal or professional challenges from
the comfort of your home, office or car! I have over 25
years of training and practical experience to help you,
your children and/or your family. I use a gentle (and
even fun) approach to coaching and therapy that feels
easier for most people to deal with than traditional
therapy. My clients do better when they know better! I
can be that guide for you.
I use a combination of holistic approaches to wellness
that are supported by research and bring results
quickly. With a non-judgmental and compassionate
approach, I bring a depth and breadth of knowledge and
experience to help you achieve your goals. I provide
ultra confidential online care, no matter your location.
I offer Counselling and Coaching sessions via secure,
confidential video chat and I offer a brief, free
initial consultation by email, video or phone. If I am
