As a person-centred therapist working with children, adolescents and parents,

I am passionate about the well-being of children and have a lot of experience in building up relationships and working alongside them to consider self-esteem, low mood, friendship difficulties, past trauma (including sexual, physical, or emotional abuse), eating disorders, family relationship problems and many more issues that children and young people encounter.

Right from the first session, I believe that a person can feel the benefits of being listened to, understood and offered a moment to be how they need to be without being judged or criticised.
