I help expats and
international couples find greater calm, connection and
resilience by blending gentle, yet effective, therapy
methods with an understanding of life across cultures.
I use a gentle, down-to-earth approach that combines
talking with simple body-based techniques to help you
feel more grounded and at home in yourself, wherever you
are. What matters most in my work is creating a warm,
respectful relationship where you feel safe, accepted,
and truly listened to.
Building a life together in a new country can be
exciting - and sometimes overwhelming.
In couples therapy, I use the Gottman Method, a
research-based approach that teaches practical tools for
better communication, deeper understanding and lasting
connection. As an anthropologist, I also bring special
insight into the ways culture and identity shape
relationships.
You are welcome to reach out for a free, initial call if
you feel in need of support. I would be happy to meet
with you to see if we are a good fit.
