You may be in acute
distress, you may be seeking help after long
deliberation. My aim is to provide a safe space for you
to bring your concerns, dilemmas and confusion, and to
offer respectful, non-judgemental attention to your
deepest feelings, however seemingly conflicting.
It is this very process of sensitive enquiry that can
ease distress and restore a sense of balance and
well-being creative work I am passionate about and
fully committed to.
As a Humanistic Psychology Practitioner, I promote
safe-and-creative practice. I am an accredited member of
UKAHPP and adhere to its Code of Ethical Principles,
including regular use of supervision and commitment to
on-going personal development and training. I am
registered with UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and
I am a Member of BACP (British Association for
Counselling and Psychotherapy). I trained in Therapeutic
Counselling in Dartington, Devon and qualified with
CAPAB in 2000. Since then, I have established a thriving
private practice in central Exeter.
