I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling
and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a graduate member of the British
Psychological Society (BPS). I abide by the BACP ethical framework
which means I receive regular clinical supervision, ongoing training
to ensure sessions focus on clients needs.
I am a British
counsellor living in Brittany available to support
English speaking clients. Whether its for not being
able to shake off those negative thoughts or feeling
worried all the time about something, I offer online
counselling to clients who need a warm and welcoming
space to talk this through.

Having moved my own family abroad I am familiar with the specific
difficulties one can face when wanting to settle in a new country.
Not speaking the language, children going to a new school,
registering with the French tax and health system, finding a job,
loss of identity, feeling disconnected, no friends and missing home.
These are all scenarios that can build stress on your life, and I am
here to help you through that.
I have a MSc Masters in Rehabilitation Psychology and a Counselling
