Hello and welcome. You may have arrived here because you want help with a particular issue or you are experiencing a challenging period in your life. I understand how difficult it can be to take this first step to finding support and I’d like to help you to discover a positive way forward.

I am Masters qualified and UKCP accredited and I offer counselling and psychotherapy online. I will work with you to make sense of your feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Together we will explore and work through your difficulties, helping you gain greater understanding and to find ways of coping with life’s issues.

I worked in private practice in UK for 10 years and following a move to France, I now see UK clients online. I have experience of a wide range of issues including bereavement and loss; low self-esteem and confidence; self-harm; identity issues; fertility issues; depression and anxiety; stress; relationship difficulties; and work-related issues. I also have a particular interest in working with people who have experienced sexual abuse; emotional abuse and trauma.

My core approach is person-centred and is also influenced by ongoing research in neuroscience that highlights the importance of the relationship between mind, brain and body. This research is critical to supporting how I can work most effectively with clients who have suffered trauma, whether in the past or more recently.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period and am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you will be met with warmth, respect and acceptance.

I am accredited by and registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute (SPTI). I am also a member of the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP).

If you need more information please visit my website. Whatever your issues I am happy to discuss working with you. Please feel free to contact me to talk about your specific needs.
