Counselling can provide a safe space to address life’s challenges and our responses to traumatic events. It can help relieve distress, improve coping skills and resilience and promote your flourishing as a whole and healthy person.

Passionate about mental health, I hold a MA in Counseling and am a member of the Swiss (SGfB), American (ACA) and British (BACP) counselling associations and adhere to their ethical codes. I work with teens or adults, who are experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or complex trauma. I am also an anthropologist and global nomad, having lived in various countries including Tunisia, Argentina, Spain, Germany and Switzerland, before returning to France. Consequently, I bring with me a deep interest and experience in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I have an integrative, humanistic, person-centred approach to therapy incorporating different approaches to best suit your needs. My approach is trauma-informed respectfully creating a warm, supportive space for you. Compassion is central to my work and I strive to help you build self-compassion to support your health and well-being and any changes you are hoping to make.

Please do reach out for a free, initial call if you feel I could be of assistance. I would be happy to meet with you to see if we are a good fit.
