If you are looking to explore professional guidance and support for issues related to sexuality, relationships, conflicts, emotional concerns, sexual trauma, couple issues, affairs, ENM, LGBTQ+, kinks positive and more, feel free to contact me. I am also Gottman trained.

Sex Therapy Approach
In my sex therapy practice, I employ a client-centered and multidisciplinary approach tailored to your unique needs and concerns. Whether you’re experiencing sexual difficulties, exploring your sexuality, or addressing specific concerns, I provide a safe and confidential space for open and honest conversations. Together, we will explore underlying issues, develop coping strategies, and work toward a healthier and more fulfilling sexual life.

My collaborative approach may also involve working closely with other healthcare professionals when appropriate, ensuring that you receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Your well-being and individual needs are at the forefront of my practice, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Couple Therapy Approach
In couples therapy, I use an integrative approach that draws on different therapeutic techniques and frameworks to address the unique dynamics of each relationship.

I am a Gottman Approved Therapist, and the Gottman Method is one of the approaches that informs my work with couples. It provides practical tools for improving communication, managing conflict, strengthening friendship and intimacy, and rebuilding trust when relationships have become strained.

I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when appropriate, adapting the therapeutic process to the specific needs and goals of each couple.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each couple to understand the patterns that are keeping them stuck, foster greater empathy and understanding, and help them develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

I provide a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where individuals and couples can explore their concerns, develop new skills, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
