My approach is
grounded in Rogerian and Family Systems Therapy, with a
strong influence from attachment theory and somatic
practices.
I’m especially interested in how early experiences shape
the way we relate to ourselves and others, and how the
body carries these stories. While my style is about
looking deeply, encouraging reflection, and fostering
curiosity, I move at a pace that feels manageable and
respectful of where you are.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years
working in the finance sector across North America,
Europe, and Asia. I understand the pressure of
high-stakes environments, the complexities of building a
life abroad, and the weight of stress that can
accumulate over time.
Many of my clients go through significant life changes,
whether it’s changing careers, adjusting to a new
country, or experiencing personal loss. I understand
these challenges first-hand.
I also spent four years in
Singapore’s social service sector, supporting
individuals facing diverse challenges. This deepened my
appreciation for how culture shapes our experiences and
choices.
I support individuals facing expat experiences,
developmental trauma, workplace issues such as stress
and bullying, and grief and loss.
As part of my professional duty, I attend regular
supervision sessions. |
