spanning the United States, the Netherlands, and France,
Sidra brings a global and holistic perspective to
wellbeing. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology
and Masters degrees in both Public (Mental) Health and
Social Work, supplemented by doctoral-level coursework
in Social Ecology (including Social Psychology,
Criminology, and Public Policy). As a
California-licensed mental health professional, she
spent over a decade in direct clinical assessment,
triage, and psychotherapy, alongside 20 years of program
development and evaluation within government and higher
education sectors.
Sidra’s practice, conducted
under the title of Psychopracticienne, focuses on
neurodivergent-affirming care and trauma-informed
support. She specializes in:

Support: Helping individuals navigate their
differences - including but not limited to ADHD and
autism

Integration: Addressing the unique stressors that
come with international relocation
