I am a warm, empathic practitioner. From what you bring
to the sessions we will delve into what is happening for
you right now and I will help you to gain a deeper
understanding and insight into your experience. We will
unravel your emotions and needs and how you experience
and interact with the world and other people around you.
As you develop a better understanding of your Self I
will be at your side as you find ways to be better able
to manage your life and the trials it throws at you.

I have a BSc in Psychology and am a fully qualified
Gestalt Counsellor. I am also a member of the BACP. I
have been living in France for 20 years and have studied
depression in ex-pat communities. I work with adults of
all gender identities in English and French.
What is Gestalt therapy?
Gestalt therapy is a client-centred approach to
psychotherapy that helps clients understand what is
happening in their lives right now. You will discover
your needs and unravel your feelings including those
that may have been suppressed or masked. You will learn
to accept and trust your emotions. Gestalt therapy also
helps people gain a better understanding of how their
emotional and physical bodies are connected and as such
can help with associated physical symptoms. As a Gestalt
therapist I work holistically. I believe that the body
and mind are connected and that our bodily responses can
help us to understand our emotions.
