About me
I’m a Franco-British psychoanalyst. I completed my
academic training in the United Kingdom and my clinical
training in France. I work in both English and French.
Psychoanalysis
Psychoanalysis is a form of talking therapy that
explores how we think, feel and relate to others. A
psychoanalytic consultation provides a space where you
can openly express what’s on your mind, allowing
thoughts and experiences to emerge without the need to
organise, justify or censor them. Together, we
will explore issues such as recurring difficulties,
patterns of thought, and relationships with others over
time, enabling you to develop your own responses. Each
analysis is unique, and develops at its own pace, guided
by the questions, experiences and associations that
emerge through our discussions.
People come to psychoanalysis for many different
reasons: anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship
difficulties, questions of identity, challenges of
living in a different cultural or linguistic
environment, or simply a sense that something in life
has become difficult to understand or that certain
patterns seem to be repeating themselves.
The first consultation
The initial consultation is free of charge. It’s an
opportunity for us to meet, discuss what has brought you
to consider therapy, and see whether working together
feels suitable. This is also an opportunity to discuss
fees, frequency of sessions and any other questions you
may have.
The setting
I work with adults. I offer sessions online with Google
Meet, Jitsi, Teams. |
