I am an Irish
Counselling Psychologist and I provide online therapy
for adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, OCD, low
mood, relationship difficulties, bereavement and trauma.
I draw upon
cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused
therapy (EFT) and psychodynamic approaches in my work
and have significant experience supporting people to
navigate transitions in culture, work and life
circumstances.
Qualifications
I am a Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of
Ireland (PSI) and am listed on the French National
Directory of Health Professionals. I hold a Doctorate in
Counselling Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, a
Master’s in Humanitarian Action from University College
Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French
from Trinity College Dublin.
I have worked
across a range of clinical settings, including primary
care, adult mental health, university counselling
services and state psychological services for refugees
and asylum seekers. Currently, I also work with a
private Adult Autism and ADHD practice, providing
neurodiversity-affirmative online assessments for adults
across Ireland and the UK.
Free initial
phone consultation
Before beginning therapy, I offer a free 15-minute phone
consultation. This is an opportunity to discuss what
you're looking for from therapy, to answer any questions
you may have and to see whether working together feels
like a good fit. You can reach out to me via my email or
