I offer person-centred
counselling sessions for adults and teenagers. The
person-centred approach has been created by Carl Rogers and
consists of empathic and active listening, with a deep
respect for the client's personal rhythm, feelings and
self-determination capacities. It can, for example, help go
through a painful mourning or a crisis situation, make sense
of overwhelming feelings or more existential questions (fear
of death, finding meaning in life, ...).
I have had a licence (3 years post-graduate in the French
system) in psychology, and a 5 years training in PCA (which
meets the qualification criteria from the European
Association for Psychotherapy and the Fédération Française
de Psychothérapie et Psychanalyse). I also supervise end of
training essays for ACP-France, the institute that trained
me. |
