Children, adolescents and adults
In my practice, I see babies, children, adolescents and adults…
There is no age for psychotherapy. I offer 45-minute sessions on a
weekly or biweekly basis, depending on your needs and means. I also
work with a multi-professional team in a psychiatric clinic for
adolescents in Marseille, as well as a structure helping very young
children (0 to 5 years old) and their parents.
Therapy in French and/or English
It is always easier to express yourself in the language of your
heart. I conduct therapy sessions in French or English... or a mix
of both! Changing countries, languages and cultures can be a
challenge. Expatriation, whether it be for a few months or for a
lifetime, triggers many questions for individuals and families. It
is a wonderful experience but also a disorientating one, as French
and Canadian novelist Nancy Huston describes beautifully in her
essay Losing North :
"To be in geographic exile is to be split in two chronologically:
the place where you spent your childhood is far away. You've got one
life here, and another there (...) "
After a ten-year teaching career in France and New Zealand, I
decided to fulfil a long-held dream and become a psychologist. I
hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of
Aix-Marseille, with a specialisation in Psychoanalytical
Psychotherapy, Humanistic Psychotherapy, Individual and Group
I am registered with the French Health Authority (ARS).
