My Core
Approach:
As an Existential Therapist I provide a dedicated
space to explore the fundamental questions of existence.
My practice is rooted in the belief that while we cannot
always change our circumstances, we possess the freedom
to choose our attitude toward them. I work with
individuals to navigate the givens of life (freedom,
isolation, meaninglessness and mortality) to help find
an authentic way of being in the world.
- Identity and Transition: Navigating
the profound shift of living between cultures and
the search for home. My practice is designed to
support the expat community through the unique
existential challenges of relocation and adjustment.
- Anxiety and Dread: Viewing
anxiety not just as a symptom, but as a gateway to
understanding one’s personal freedom and choices.
- Crisis of Meaning:
Supporting clients through dark nights of the soul,
and career changes, or mid-life transitions where
previous values no longer feel sufficient.
- Relationship and
Isolation: Exploring the tension between our
need for connection and our ultimate individual
journey.
