I trained for five years in the Person-Centred
Approach (Carl Rogers). I continue to train (Relational and
Contemporary Gestalt Therapy, focusing, group therapy, couples
therapy), to explore human potential (creativity, spirituality), and
to receive supervision as part of my practice.
The psychotherapy I offer (humanistic approach) invites each person,
step by step, to fully accept themselves in an atmosphere of trust,
respect, and non-judgment. This atmosphere allows the co-creation of
a relationship where I am fully present with each person I work
with, my attention focused on what is happening for the person, in
the space of the relationship, here and now.
I welcome you in your entirety (holistic approach): emotional,
physical, intellectual, and spiritual, respecting your unique pace.
Experiencing yourself in the here and now, allowing yourself to feel
what is there (awareness and acceptance of your emotions, listening
to the information transmitted by your body, paying attention to
your reactions, even difficult ones) in a safe environment, allows
you to understand yourself better, to (re)discover your own
resources and solutions, and to restore your vitality and
self-confidence.
I travelled extensively in my youth and immediately found it very
easy to speak English. It's a real connection for me. It's not my
mother tongue, but I love speaking it, hearing it, and now working
in English.
I am a member of the AFP-ACP (French Association for Person-Centered
Psychotherapy). I adhere to the Global Charter for Clients in
Psychotherapy, the Strasbourg Declaration, and the Code of Ethics of
the French Federation of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis (FF2P).
